Umbria is the ‘green heart’ of Italy. The purple sunsets highlight the green hills, olive groves, vineries and endless cypress alleys.

Julia and George had an aim to dive their guests into the local culture with a rich authentic program, which included culinary master-class from ‘Italian mothers’, local folk, open air cinema, guided tours, wine tasting, and truffle hunting. The chosen location Borgo Bastia Creti was perfect for such program.

In the design, for the color palette, we chose sky blue tones that symbolize the concept of the wedding ‘Under one sky’, and pink tones of the sunrising sky. To create a cozy atmosphere in the dinner setting we used pergola structure, warm light from the lamps and textile decoration. The airy design has become a reflection of the bride’s cheerful character.
